Day five hundred fifty-five
May 9, 2014: Forget it.

Day five hundred fifty-six
May 10, 2014: So I was looking at strength training exercises today, researching and stuff. In google it kept wanting me to looking up strength training for mass, and all I could think of was strength training for being in a mass, like a catholic service. It actually took me several minutes to realize it meant muscle mass.
