ninety-seven
August 26, 2013: If I lost an
ounce for every time I ate more than I should have, dieting would not be so
hard. I ate too much mac’ an’ cheese tonight. And it wasn’t even homemade, it
was Kraft, with some ground beef and barbecue sauce. I didn’t exactly ruin my
diet, but I could have eaten less and had been fine.
