2013: So on Saturday the ceiling in Jacob's room began to drip. A pretty heavy
stream too. The plumber isn't coming around until Wednesday, but the guy who's
fixing the wall came by. Apparently there is also mold, from a different leak,
in Jacob's room. It really seems to be one thing after another recently.
